Assist With Homes FAQ
Whichever one you already use. Homes connects over MCP, so any assistant that speaks it works. We do not sell you an AI and we do not have one of our own — the assistant is yours, and Homes is the scaffolding underneath it.
You sign in to Homes from your assistant, and that sign-in is the whole approval — there is no key to paste. It lasts thirty days. You can widen, narrow, or revoke it in Settings at any time: revoking stops that assistant on its next call and leaves everything it already wrote exactly where it is, still marked as the work of the connection you approved, under the name that connection registered.
Whatever you manually enter or have your AI enter, we should be able to store. If you have any issues, let us know if there is something you wanted to record and were not able.
Private by default, and it stays on Assist With Homes. The only people who can see a search are the ones you add to it yourself — a partner, or an agent you are working with — and they see what that shared search holds. Nobody else does: not other users, not another Assist With site, and not us for anything other than running the service.
Completely. Every record can be written by hand, and the Queue holds your notes whether an assistant ever checks it or not. Connecting one changes how fast the record fills, not whether it works.
Yes. Homes keeps each property as its own record, while one account can hold several at once. Today you can keep rooms and areas, devices and systems, projects, routines and calendar dates, written records, research, files, manuals, prices, measurements, and sourced knowledge against the home each thing belongs to. Buying and selling have their own doors but are still in build.
Correcting and archiving work today: a correction keeps what it replaced visible in the history rather than quietly overwriting it, and archiving sits beside deleting so you never have to destroy something merely to tidy up. You can also take the table you are looking at away as a spreadsheet. A single export of everything your account holds, and a one-press account deletion, are still being built — until they exist, ask through Support and it is done by hand.
