Add to the Library yourself
The Library and each of its shelves now have Add an item, so you can file a manual, receipt or piece of research without asking your AI. The new item opens straight away so you can attach its PDF or photos.

Visits and tour days in Find a Home
Plan a visit to any home you're considering, and every visit on the same day becomes that day's tour, in time order. Each visit is filed under its home, so the home you buy keeps every visit that led to it.

- Each visit has its own page: the day and time, the listing shown, the search it was for, who showed it, your notes and your own rating.

Find a Home, rebuilt: searches, homes you're considering, and dated listings
Find now works like the rest of Homes. A home you're considering is a real home in your records, marked potential, so the one you buy keeps its whole history. Each search keeps what matters to you in your order and scores every home against it, and several searches can run at once.
What's new
- Find a Home lists your running searches and every home you're considering with its newest listing, in Table, Grid or List.
- A search page holds your criteria in order (must-haves, nice-to-haves, things to avoid, deal breakers), scores each home and shows why, and lets you shortlist, rule out or choose a home.
- Each listing is dated and filed under its home: price, status, where it was read, the listing agent from People & Companies, and every fact with who reported it.
- A home's own page shows its listings and which searches it is in.
- Your AI can save searches and listings, read a search's scores, and archive or restore records, with every fact it reports marked unconfirmed until you confirm it.

Lists, Library shelves, Preferences, your units, Your stats, and your data
Keep your own Lists, browse the Library by shelf, tell your AI how you like to be helped, see measurements in your units, see what you and your AIs have added, and download everything you keep in Homes.
What's new
- Lists, at /lists: an ordered list of your devices, projects and other records, or plain lines, with an optional reason on each and checkboxes when you want them. Your AI can read and add to them; only you take things off.
- Preferences, at /preferences: how you like help, in your own words, plus standing lines your AI reads first. Your AI can suggest one; nothing counts until you accept it, and none of it is permission.
- Display settings: °F or °C, feet or metres, gallons or litres, and your date format. What was recorded is never changed; the converted value is shown beside it.
- Your stats, at /me: what was added and changed, by kind, by home, by month and by who wrote it, what each connected AI saved and read, and how much your photos and files take up.
- Your data, at /settings/data: download everything you keep in Homes as one file.

Lists remember your phone separately, and you choose the columns
Every long list in Homes now remembers how you like to read it on each screen size, lets you hide table columns you don't need, and makes long filters searchable.
What's new
- A Columns button in Table view lets you hide or show columns. Your choice is remembered for that page, and Reset columns puts back the defaults. The name column always stays.
- Filters with more than eight choices, such as a long list of rooms, open with a Find box and show the fullest choices first.
What's fixed
- Choosing Table on a computer no longer makes the same page open as a cramped table on your phone. Each screen size keeps its own last choice, and phones still start in List.

- The site runs on Next.js 16.4, which closes security advisories in earlier versions.
Ideas and Usage, a clearer Updates page, and Homes on your phone's home screen
A new public page shows what a capable AI already does well with a house and what changes when it keeps a lasting record of yours. The home page gains a few of those ideas and the address your AI connects to, ready to copy.

Your AI can work through the whole home record
Set up homes, save related work in batches, and recover older notes, utility readings and evidence. Your AI can read stored manuals and bills, keep service details with their documents, and finish the Manage requests it answered.
What's new
- Bulk home and room setup, unconfirmed maintenance routines, calendar events and utility/service records, with up to 100 keyed items per call.
- A complete Manage result tool saves related work with reusable result references and finishes exact-version Queue requests only after every submitted save succeeds.
- Stored PDF reading returns page text and clean page images, including scanned pages, in bounded batches. Originals remain unchanged.
- Photo and document sets can be prepared and finished in batches, with an independent result for each file.
What's fixed
- Older entries, findings, FAQs and captures can be read in pages instead of falling outside a record summary. Date, text, source and utility filters help your AI find the relevant evidence.
- Private-entry attachments remain withheld when a connection cannot read private entries.

- Batch checkout opens several records together. Utility providers and linked bills are visible on their Library record.
- Each bulk operation reports partial failures and safe retry information; a failed save keeps its Manage Queue request open. Completed requests link directly to the named records that were saved.
Reliable updates and clearer project navigation
This maintenance release makes repeated AI updates safe, lets large Library inventories finish, and fixes misleading project filters and links. Connecting your AI already includes the available home-record and photo abilities; Settings → AI is where you narrow or revoke them.

- Retrying the same device or routine update no longer adds a second note or history line. A new occurrence still gets its own entry, even when its wording is identical.
- Your AI can finish listing large groups of undated Library documents or documents sharing one date, instead of getting stuck on the same page.
- The Archived project filter shows the number it can actually find before you select it. Named home, room and device links on a project open the corresponding record.
What's updated
- The project guidance now reflects the current connection abilities and their limits, while preserving earlier release history.
Choose exactly what your AI may do in your home search
You can now connect your own AI assistant to Which Home Fits and decide, per home search, what it is allowed to do. Signing in proves who you are and reaches nothing on its own; a separate approval you give at Settings → AI decides the rest, and you can narrow or revoke it whenever you like.
What's new
- A Settings → AI screen where you pick which Home Projects a connected assistant may use and whether it may only look, also save work, or also archive candidates.
- Sixteen named Homes actions for a connected assistant — reading your search brief and waiting handoffs, comparing candidates, saving sourced research and explainable decisions, and returning one complete reviewed result in a single approval.
- A way for your assistant to see the home photos saved with your account, delivered through your approval instead of fetched from the open web.
- A record of what each connected assistant did and when, including the requests Homes refused, so you can see a connection working rather than take it on trust.
What's fixed
- Signing in no longer implies access. Your approval, not your assistant's sign-in, is what opens a home search — and it is checked again on every single request rather than once at connection time.
- Archiving can no longer be reached by an assistant that only has permission to save. It needs its own separate approval, including when an archive is buried inside a larger batch of changes.
- The setup guide for assistants now matches the actions the server really offers, and a test keeps the two in step so the guide cannot quietly drift again.
What's updated
- If you connected an assistant before this release, it now has no access until you approve it at Settings → AI. That is the new protection working, not a fault: open Settings → AI, choose what it may do, then reconnect it.
- Revoking an approval takes effect on your assistant's very next request, even if it is still holding a valid sign-in.
- Exporting and permanent deletion are deliberately not offered to any connected assistant, at any permission level, and are not planned for a later setting. They remain human actions inside Homes with their own confirmation.
- No specific AI assistant is claimed as proven for this connection yet. The requirement is stated by capability — an assistant that supports remote Streamable HTTP connections with OAuth — rather than by name, until a full run against the live product is recorded.

The signed-out introduction now shows a fictional observation, its tradeoff, one bounded chosen-AI contribution, and the human decision that remains in charge.
