Your AI can work through the whole home record

Set up homes, save related work in batches, and recover older notes, utility readings and evidence. Your AI can read stored manuals and bills, keep service details with their documents, and finish the Manage requests it answered.

Created

  • Bulk home and room setup, unconfirmed maintenance routines, calendar events and utility/service records, with up to 100 keyed items per call.
  • A complete Manage result tool saves related work with reusable result references and finishes exact-version Queue requests only after every submitted save succeeds.
  • Stored PDF reading returns page text and clean page images, including scanned pages, in bounded batches. Originals remain unchanged.
  • Photo and document sets can be prepared and finished in batches, with an independent result for each file.

Fixed

  • Older entries, findings, FAQs and captures can be read in pages instead of falling outside a record summary. Date, text, source and utility filters help your AI find the relevant evidence.
  • Private-entry attachments remain withheld when a connection cannot read private entries.

Upgraded

  • Batch checkout opens several records together. Utility providers and linked bills are visible on their Library record.
  • Each bulk operation reports partial failures and safe retry information; a failed save keeps its Manage Queue request open. Completed requests link directly to the named records that were saved.

Reliable updates and clearer project navigation

This maintenance release makes repeated AI updates safe, lets large Library inventories finish, and fixes misleading project filters and links. Connecting your AI already includes the available home-record and photo abilities; Settings → AI is where you narrow or revoke them.

Fixed

  • Retrying the same device or routine update no longer adds a second note or history line. A new occurrence still gets its own entry, even when its wording is identical.
  • Your AI can finish listing large groups of undated Library documents or documents sharing one date, instead of getting stuck on the same page.
  • The Archived project filter shows the number it can actually find before you select it. Named home, room and device links on a project open the corresponding record.

Upgraded

  • The project guidance now reflects the current connection abilities and their limits, while preserving earlier release history.

Choose exactly what your AI may do in your home search

You can now connect your own AI assistant to Which Home Fits and decide, per home search, what it is allowed to do. Signing in proves who you are and reaches nothing on its own; a separate approval you give at Settings → AI decides the rest, and you can narrow or revoke it whenever you like.

Created

  • A Settings → AI screen where you pick which Home Projects a connected assistant may use and whether it may only look, also save work, or also archive candidates.
  • Sixteen named Homes actions for a connected assistant — reading your search brief and waiting handoffs, comparing candidates, saving sourced research and explainable decisions, and returning one complete reviewed result in a single approval.
  • A way for your assistant to see the home photos saved with your account, delivered through your approval instead of fetched from the open web.
  • A record of what each connected assistant did and when, including the requests Homes refused, so you can see a connection working rather than take it on trust.

Fixed

  • Signing in no longer implies access. Your approval, not your assistant's sign-in, is what opens a home search — and it is checked again on every single request rather than once at connection time.
  • Archiving can no longer be reached by an assistant that only has permission to save. It needs its own separate approval, including when an archive is buried inside a larger batch of changes.
  • The setup guide for assistants now matches the actions the server really offers, and a test keeps the two in step so the guide cannot quietly drift again.

Upgraded

  • If you connected an assistant before this release, it now has no access until you approve it at Settings → AI. That is the new protection working, not a fault: open Settings → AI, choose what it may do, then reconnect it.
  • Revoking an approval takes effect on your assistant's very next request, even if it is still holding a valid sign-in.
  • Exporting and permanent deletion are deliberately not offered to any connected assistant, at any permission level, and are not planned for a later setting. They remain human actions inside Homes with their own confirmation.
  • No specific AI assistant is claimed as proven for this connection yet. The requirement is stated by capability — an assistant that supports remote Streamable HTTP connections with OAuth — rather than by name, until a full run against the live product is recorded.

Queue and the AI guide now explain the same four-step path from a private Home Project to a connected AI and a returned result, without making people interpret MCP protocol language.

  • Clear reconnect and client-side disconnect guidance that preserves the durable Home Project and states the current connection-management limit.

  • Queue no longer leads a first-time person with lease-based pickup and protocol labels when the next action is simply connect, ask, and review.
  • The AI guide no longer makes a person assemble the first connection journey from an endpoint, a tool catalog, and capability caveats.

Upgraded

  • Named-client instructions remain unpublished until an exact client completes sign-in, owner-scoped work, result return, reconnect, disconnect, and cleanup.

A chosen AI can now read a waiting home-search handoff with the owner's Homes brief, return one complete candidate decision, and finish that exact handoff with a direct path to Cards.

  • A joined result-return path from an owner-scoped waiting handoff to one complete sourced candidate and decision.
  • Attributed Homes MCP activity on the completed Queue handoff plus a direct Open saved candidate action.

Fixed

  • Successful AI work no longer leaves its original handoff stuck in Waiting for your AI.
  • Queue follows a selected handoff into Done when its MCP result returns instead of leaving the person on an empty waiting lane.
  • A stale or different-project handoff is rejected before any candidate result can be partially saved.

Upgraded

  • The existing ten-tool MCP brief now includes a bounded set of waiting handoffs, while the complete-result save can finish one exact-version handoff atomically.
  • Queue context remains coordination rather than access: server-derived owner and project authorization still governs every MCP read and write.

The comparison table now reports buyer criteria review progress from the same marked-field truth used by the review dialog.

  • Criteria summaries no longer say every configured field is reviewed when several buyer criteria are still unmarked.

  • Rows with unfinished criteria now surface the pending review count and the criteria names that still need attention.
